In a career spanning four decades, he has shot over 1500 advertising films including some award-winning films for Pepsi, Kellogg's, Tata Steel, Feviquik and Maggie noodles. His Production House has produced more than fifty commercials for brands like Coca Cola, Vicks, Onida TV, Nivea Cream, Cinthol Soap and Johnnie Walker Golf. His Television work includes Serials and popular Shows like 'Movers & Shakers', 'Bindaas Bol', 'Kya Masti Kya Dhoom' and 'Wajood'. He won the National Award for Best Cinematography for the Shahrukh Khan starrer 'Swades', directed by Ashutosh Gowariker.
